Relationship-Based Care (RBC)
RBC allows employees to contribute suggestions and provide feedback about how to improve patient and resident care in the organization. Select staff members from each department represent their fellow employees on the Unit Practice Council (UPC), acting as the voice/advocate for change and improvement in the delivery of care.

Tuition Reimbursement Program
Employees can continue their education while working at FSLH, by earning a grade of C or better, you qualify to be reimbursed for your academic tuition.

A Pat on the Back - Thank you!
At FSLH we want every good deed to be noticed. “Applause Points” are given to employees as a thank you for doing a job well done. Staff can use their points to “purchase” great gifts.

Professional Development
There are many groups at FSLH that offer fun and educational experiences for employees. FSLH has Toastmasters, where you can work on improving your communication skills, and Aspiring Leaders which helps you develop skills to grow as a leader within FSLH.

The School of Radiography and the Dental Health Center are educational programs for students in a healthcare career. The knowledge gained at FSLH is given back to the community one patient at a time.
