Hours / Shifts:
8:00am-4:00pm Performs planning and design activities related to server operating system, system hardware configuration and connectivity issues of the client workstations with respect to these systems. Performs hardware and software planning and design to ensure coexistence and compatibility of all disparate systems within the MVN information network. Acts as support person to distribute systems support personnel. Performs overall project management for various server implementation and systems deployment. Make recommendations on strategic direction as it relates to distributes systems throughout the MVN information network.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in computer science, telecommunications or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in distributed systems center or equivalent environment.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience Data Base Administration.
- MS SQL/Oracle Cert. preferred.
- ACSE/CCNA/UNIX cert. preferred.
