Safety First.

For our patients it means the right patient, the right care, at the right time.

For our employees it means the right training, the right tools and the right environment, an environment that respects their voice and their commitment to do everything they can to provide safe care.

We have succeeded if no harm happens to our patients, their families, employees, medical staff and volunteers.

We ask each employee, medical staff member and volunteer to always make their decisions based on what is safe. We ask patients and their families to be our partners in supporting safe care. Tell us what you need and tell us when you don’t understand.

Our commitment is to ALWAYS keep ‘Safety First’ at the front of each decision we make and keep the patient at the center of all we do.
